🛍️ Do you accept returns?
Because each item is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns for size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please email us at jeconnectionsstore@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving it. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
📦 My order hasn’t arrived—what should I do?
If it's been more than 15 business days and your tracking hasn't updated or your package hasn’t arrived, reach out to us at jeconnectionsstore@gmail.com. We’ll help you track it or begin a claim if needed.
