Refund policy

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues, preference changes, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll gladly issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

To start a claim, email us at jeconnectionsstore@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item.

Please note: Returned items cannot be sent to our production facility. If a return is necessary, we will provide the appropriate return address.
